📢 System Update Notification This is to inform all employees and departments that the ID Verification Portal has been recently updated with enhanced security and data validation features. Due to these updates, some older Employee ID Cards may not scan successfully when using the QR code scanner. ✅ Required Action If your ID card is not getting scanned, please report this issue to your Department Data Operator so that your UID Number and related information can be updated in the system. ⏳ Why This Happens? Older entries may not have the updated UID format Post-update validation may reject outdated QR code structures Employee records may need re-syncing by the Data Operator 📌 Note Only Department Data Operators are authorized to update UID numbers and regenerate QR codes.
